This course provides a study and explanation of the necessity of knowing the words of the Bible. It is designed to give the student a solid foundation for NBI's intensive Certificate in Theology program and to help the student understand why it is important to know God's Holy Scriptures.
The purpose of this course is for students to have a proficient realization of the importance of understanding scripture accurately. Students will begin to recognize the process of good Bible study, how to understand the Bible's background and context, and identify correct methods of interpretation.
A detailed study of historical events, prophets, kings, and biblical eras in the Old Testament. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of God's dealings with His people from creation through the prophets.
A focused study on the Gospel, the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, and His promises to His people. Students will explore the historical and theological significance of the incarnation, ministry, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
Critical reading and analysis of New Testament scriptures spanning the Gospels, Epistles, and Revelation. Students will develop a thorough understanding of the early church, apostolic teaching, and eschatological themes.
Hands-on courses focused on the oral communication of the gospel. Students will develop practical skills for sharing their faith clearly and effectively in a variety of personal and public contexts.
A three-part series exploring end times theology, the nature of heaven and hell, and a deep study of the Book of Revelation. Students will engage with various eschatological frameworks and their biblical foundations.
Equips students with biblical knowledge and practical strategies for church planting and revitalization. Topics include vision casting, community engagement, discipleship structures, and sustainable growth.
Provides tools for implementing and maintaining effective church operations including staffing, communications, logistics, and administration. Students will be equipped to serve in a variety of ministry leadership roles.
Theory and practice of leadership development and administration in a ministry context. Students will study biblical models of leadership and develop personal frameworks for mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders.
