Personal statement (500–1000 words) covering: your story of becoming a believer and growth since, your interest in a biblical institution and faith growth expectations, your intended outcome after program completion, and a discussion of a local, national, or international issue you are passionate about

Two personal references (family, friend, colleague, minister, professor, or academic administrator)

Personal interview with the Admissions team
The Ideal Applicant
NBI's Certificate in Theology (Cert. Th.) is seeking students who have the heart of a life-time learner, a hunger for God's word and is fully committed to putting in the time needed to finish the program successfully. NBI students are thirsty for continuous spiritual growth and come from different ethnicities, countries, denominations and phases of life. NBI's Cert. Th. is a great program for both those who feel their calling is clear and also those who are still exploring their calling.

Your Path to Enrollment
Submit Application
Complete and submit your application along with all required documents.
Application Review
Our admissions team reviews your application within 2–3 weeks of submission.
Personal Interview
Selected applicants are invited for a personal interview with the admissions team.
Admissions Decision
You will receive a formal decision by email within one week of your interview.
Enrollment
Accepted students complete enrollment and receive their course schedule and materials.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Apply early to secure your place.
